JJ Carroll Associates Ltd. was formed in 2015 to offer construction and constructability services to organisations operating in the construction sector.
We offer a service and work closely with our clients to understand their individual requirements and assist them to develop the optimum solutions.

John graduated with an Honours degree in Civil and Structural Engineering from Sheffield University in 1973. Since that time he has worked for large international contractors as Project Director on major projects in the road, rail, petro-chemical and water/wastewater sectors.
He has extensive worldwide experience having worked in UK, Iran, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Iraq, Lesotho, Papua New Guinea and Hong Kong.
Whilst primarily leading projects for contractors John has been seconded to clients to assist them in the management of their Capital Expenditure Programmes. He established JJ Carroll Associates in 2015 to provide construction and constructability consultancy advice/evaluation to Government, Clients, Consultants and Contractors.
He has been assisting Hs2 as Head of Construction and Logistics supporting the Witnesses in the Parliamentary Select Committee process.
John is a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers and presents on tunnelling matters to British Tunnelling Society workshops and University MSc courses.
